British Council in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro and Centre of Excellence of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia has organized a two-day workshop on “Improving the Reporting Skills in Meeting the Benchmarks for Chapters 23 and 24” on January 15-16 in Bečići.

This training workshop is intended for the representatives of the relevant institutions in Montenegro responsible for chapters 23 and 24 with a view to successfully reporting and demonstration of progress achieved in meeting the interim benchmarks for the said chapters.

The workshop is led by the Croatian expert Kristian Turkalj, a former leading negotiator for 23/24, former director of the Ministry of Justice Croatia and a renowned expert in justice reform.

During the two day consultations, the working groups, under the leadership of the expert, analysed the interim benchmarks and models of reporting and presenting evidence on the progress done.

The workshop itself is co-funded by the British Government through the British Embassy Podgorica and the Centre of Excellence, Croatia.
