On Friday, November 16, in the premises of the company doMEn, participants of the Digital Cities project participated in the session titled "Digital Cities Feedback and Brainstorming Session".
The participants of the session were members of the five organizations involved in development of the digital community in Montenegro: Biznis Startap Center Bar, Propeller, Tehnopolis, Center for Economic Prosperity and Liberty, as well as Digitalizuj.me and representatives of the City of Podgorica involved in the project by building a digital strategy at the city level. In addition to these five organizations, the session was attended by representatives of the British Council and the British Embassy in Podgorica. We summed up the impressions, shared the experiences and most importantly considered the plans to continue the project, strengthen the development of the digital sector and ultimately create digital cities.
The participants were addressed by Vanja Madžgalj, the British Council's Director in Montenegro, Clare Sears, the British Council's Director for Western Balkans and Gavin Vessey, the UK's Deputy Ambassador to Montenegro. After introductory words, project participants' presentations followed where each organization had 10 minutes to share their experience through key issues focused on constructive suggestions.
