British Council and the Embassy of the United Kingdom to Montenegro mark the beginning of the second phase of the project “Active Citizens”. The project “Active Citizens” comprises activities that motivate and train the youth from the Western Balkans to understand better the needs of their local communities and their position in the region and to work actively for their improvement. The project also enhances the youth capacities to find a job in the modern work market, as well as understanding the responsibilities of the institutions towards the needs and aspirations of the youth.
