British Council in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration is running a three-day Project management training course for government PR and IPA visibility officers. The training course is organized under the “Communicating EU Accession and IPA Assistance in Montenegro” programme, co-funded by the Delegation of the European Union, British Embassy Podgorica and the MFAEI.
The training course aims to enable government communicators to use project management tools to run effective communication campaigns. The following areas will be covered in three days:
- Defining the project goals and objectives;
- Planning (stakeholders and beneficiaries; outputs and indicators; resourcing and budgeting; scheduling and timing; risk management; communications plan);
- Implementation and quality control;
- Evaluation (results and measuring impact; producing the final report);
- Closure (official closure; lessons learnt and follow up planning).
If you want to find out more about the project, please get in touch with our colleague Sanja Mujović.
